All reservations are made through Paw Partner. You’ll need to create an account, ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up to date at least two weeks before their stay, and book your reservation online.
For the safety of all dogs, we require proof of up-to-date rabies, distemper/parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Bordetella must be updated every six months in addition to standard vaccinations. Please upload records to your Paw Partner account or bring a copy before your dog’s stay.
Check-in is from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Monday through Friday, and check-out is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We are open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12 PM and Sundays from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Late pick-ups may result in additional fees, so please plan accordingly.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog's own food. It must be clearly labeled with your pet’s name and feeding instructions. If food is not provided, we feed Kirkland Lamb and Rice kibble. Each kennel is furnished with cedar shavings for comfort, and our facility is temperature-controlled and maintained at 60 degrees to ensure a cozy environment for your pet.
Dogs are grouped based on temperament and play style. If your dog enjoys socializing, they will have supervised playtime with other dogs. If they prefer a quieter stay, we provide individual care and playtime.
We are happy to administer any necessary medications. Please provide them in their original container with clear instructions, and ensure they are labeled with your dog’s name. There is a charge of $0.50 per medication each time it is administered.
Your dog will be exercised three times a day to ensure they get plenty of fresh air, movement, and enrichment during their stay. Exercise includes supervised outdoor time, play sessions, and potty breaks to keep them happy and comfortable.
Yes, we welcome tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit and see where your pup will be staying.
While we prioritize safety, we understand that medical situations can arise unexpectedly. If your dog becomes sick or injured, we will first attempt to contact your veterinarian, as we prefer they provide care. However, if they are unavailable, we will seek treatment from a local veterinarian to ensure your pet receives the necessary medical attention. In the event of an emergency or illness, we will make every effort to reach you and/or your emergency contact immediately. We will use our best judgment in securing appropriate care, and you agree to cover all costs associated with veterinary treatment. R and R Kennels is not responsible for outcomes when following the guidance of a licensed veterinarian.
We welcome most breeds, but all dogs must meet our vaccination and behavior requirements. If you have any concerns about your dog’s suitability for boarding or daycare, please reach out to discuss their needs.
While flea prevention is not required, we highly recommend that all dogs be on a regular flea treatment to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all pets in our care. If a dog is found to have fleas during their stay, a flea treatment will be required at the owner's expense before they can continue boarding or daycare.
For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out via phone or email. Please reach us at Kennelrandr@gmail.com or 360-671-8445 if you cannot find an answer to your question. We’re happy to help and look forward to welcoming your dog to R and R Kennels.
